My early career was spent in marketing and business development roles in retail banking, hospitality and tourism sectors before joining Sony Europe for a 10-year roller-coaster career ride where I developed further skills in people management, strategic planning and international business. I now divide my working life in 3 areas:
In the past 20 years I have trained, coached and mentored hundreds of people in Ireland and Europe all with the aim of helping them achieve greater happiness and success in their working lives.

Corporate Training
My work as a Corporate Trainer encompasses many fields and subjects – however the underlying goal of all programmes and courses I design, is to enable participants to achieve improved people and communication skills and to reach higher levels of performance in order to excel in their roles. I am particularly energetic and passionate about developing middle management talent.
